Marketing Troubleshooting: Competition and your environment can change rapidly – ignore at your peril
Our client had developed a successful, trademarked business over 17 years covering South East and Kent offering oven cleaning services to commercial and domestic customers. She approached us because she had seen a decline in her overall business.
We offered a consultation at her premises and research into the problem. During our Marketing Troubleshooting we identified and analysed the new competitors who had entered her industry, their offerings and methods of gaining new customers. We interviewed the client and used comparative analysis to help us build the marketing plan which would fit her budget and achieve her growth goals. In this case we also used our trusted external contacts to develop a new mobile-compatible website.
Result: Our client stated at 3rd June 2015 that she for the first five months of the year she had “seen a 30% increase in profit and it is still climbing.” (Compared to the same period for 2014). The new marketing plan had also resulted in a year on year customer “increase of 35% over the five month period.”
